Free U.S. shipping on orders over $25.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

          Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Muchi is            not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Muchi is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Delays

         Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather,            holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the package and products.
