Refund policy


We want you to love your Muchi snacks. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you are not satisfied with your first purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right. Please contact us at hello@mokufoods.com.

Eligible Situations

Approve refunds/replacements for:

  • damaged products
  • incorrect items
  • missing items
  • severe quality issues
  • first-order dissatisfaction


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to food safety and perishable product standards, snack products are generally non-returnable.

 

Proof Requirements

In most cases, products do not need to be physically returned. Please include your order number and photos of the issue when contacting us.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Muchi is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for refund.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Muchi.
